This waterproof Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) is mounted outside the hospital. It serves as an Access Point (AP) for a nearby (~1km) relay station. Inside is a WRAP PC board with a mini-PCI WiFi radio card. The CPE runs with Power-over-Ethernet from a car battery inside a doctors' office. From there, another AP shares the connectivity indoors.
